Company access for a user
You can choose which companies an individual user can access from the user properties Company Access tab.
You must assign at least one company to a user before they can log on and use Sage 200.
This allows users to access company data from the Sage 200 desktop app, via the Web Portal, via the Self Service web app if they are a Web user, from third party apps that use the Sage 200 API.
Note: If you want to choose which users can access an individual company, see User access for a company.
