Import and export System Administration data

There are different features available to import and export System Administration data.

• You can export and import System Administration settings, to move System Administration data to another deployment of Sage 200 Professional.

  Use Export Settings to save details of all users to a file, and optionally include their assigned roles and features. Note that this only includes manually added features, and does not include features from core components or add-ons.

  Then use Import Settings to import users details, with any roles and features, from your saved file.

• You can export and import roles and features, to copy roles to another to another deployment of Sage 200 Professional.

  Use Export Roles and Features to save all roles and features to a file. Then use Import Roles and Features to import roles and features from your saved file.
