Desktop toolbar
The desktop toolbar at the top of the screen contains the following options:

Takes you to the home page. | ||
You can right-click and choose Reset my Home Page or Show Application Home Page. Note: This is only visible if the menu has been Maximised. |

Unpin from Desktop |
Unpins the menu and minimises it. Note: This is only visible if the menu is Maximised and Pinned. |

Pin to Desktop |
Pins the menu to the desktop so that it remains visible as you work. Note: This is only visible if the menu is Maximised and Unpinned. |

Ideas Hub | Takes you to our Ideas Hub where you can browse and add your own requests for the future of Sage 200. | |
Spooler |
Opens the print spooler window. You can view, print, email or delete reports from the spooler An area in Sage 200 where you can save all your reports in a list, rather than sending them directly to the printer. The reports stay in the Spooler until you choose to delete them. You can print them as often as you require.. Tip: Choose whether reports are sent to the spooler by using Tools > Output Mode. |

Tools | Opens the tools drop-down menu. | |
Change company | Select another company. | |
User Login Status | View who is currently logged onto Sage 200 and which users have been disconnected part-way through a session. | |
Preferences | Select your desktop theme, change line spacing in desktop lists, or reset your desktop settings. | |
Choose Output Mode |
Choose how Sage 200 reports and documents are printed by default. You can send them to the printer, preview on-screen, or save them to the spooler to print later. Tip: To view what is in the spooler, click . |

Choose Layouts | Choose the layout that you want to use with Sage 200 documents and letters, such as invoices and purchase orders. | |
Run Sage Report Designer | Launch Report Designer. | |
Installers | Install Nominal Link Components and e-Banking Components. | |
Show Workspaces in Browser |
Launch a browser window to access Sage 200 data remotely, using the Self Service web app. Note: Your user account must have been set up as a web user, and you will need to log on to the Self Service web app. |

Show Web Portal in Browser | Open the Web Portal app in a browser. See Open the Web Portal. | |

Favourites |
Adds or removes the current desktop item as a favourite. If the icon is , you cannot add the current item as a favourite. |
