Set the desktop theme

You can set the desktop Theme to White, Light or Dark.

The theme changes the banner, menu and form backgrounds, but not workspaces.

The default is the Dark theme. If you change the theme, the change only applies when you restart Sage 200.

Set the line spacing for desktop lists

You can set the Spacing for desktop list rows to Narrow, Normal or Wide.

The line spacing only applies to desktop lists and does not affect workspaces.

By default Sage 200 displays lists with the Normal spacing.

Reset your desktop settings

To delete any changes made to the desktop and reset the desktop to the default values, click Reset Desktop Settings.

Hide notifications

To stop being prompted with save and delete notifications when you are working in Sage 200, select Disable Notifications.

Note: This does not apply if you are using Excel Reporting from the Self Service web app.

Use function keys for data entry

You can use keyboard function keys when you enter data in nominal journals and rapid purchase invoices.

Enable Use function keys for data entry (current user only) to use the function keys. This setting only applies to you and doesn't affect other people.

Function keys are available in these features: Journal Entry (current year), Previous Year Journal Entry, Correct Transactions for nominal transactions in the current and previous year, Journal Templates, and Rapid Invoice for suppliers.
