Roles
Use Roles to specify which features of Sage 200 individual users can access. You must assign a role to each user before the users can access Sage 200.
You can assign roles to users using User Properties or Role Properties.
You can assign features to roles using the role or the Features Node.
If you allow online payments then you can also use roles to specify which vendor configuration users can refund online payments for. To allow refunds for online payments, see Authorise refunds or Authorise roles for refunds.
Note: You can also add roles by importing roles and features from a file. This is useful if you want to copy roles from another Sage 200 deployment, or if you've been provided with an import file. See Import roles and features.
