Connected apps
You can integrate Sage 200 with these connected apps.
Power BI
Microsoft Power BI is a collection of software services, apps, and connectors, that work together to turn your data into immersive and interactive insights. Power BI lets you easily connect to your data sources, discover what's important, and share that with anyone you want.
You can connect Power BI to Sage 200 to analyse your company data. Sage 200 includes some example reports to get you started, but you can also build your own reports to share with other people inside your organisation.
Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
Microsoft Power Automate (formerly called Microsoft Flow) is a cloud-based service that makes it practical and simple for people to build workflows that automate business tasks and processes across applications and services.
You can set up Microsoft Power Automate with Sage 200 to use our supplied flows, and create your own flows.
Note: Microsoft Power Automate integrates with Sage 200 Professional from the Winter 2018 release onwards.
Microsoft Power Apps helps you build and customise fully functional mobile apps in a visual designer environment, without having to write code.
Power Apps is a suite of apps, services, connectors and data platform that provides a rapid application development environment to build custom apps for your business needs.
Cloud document storage
You can save printed or emailed documents to cloud document storage, so that they can be viewed by everyone using Sage 200.
You can save invoices and credit notes, customer statements and debtor letters, order acknowledgements and despatch notes, and supplier purchase orders.
Documents are saved in PDF format, and once they have been uploaded to your cloud document storage, they can be viewed from Sage 200.
