Resurrect an archived project
Use this window to resurrect a project that you have previously archived. This allows you to include the project in enquiries and reports (other than archived reports).
If you are not using project statuses, you can enter cost and revenue transactions for the project.
If you are using project statuses and you want to enter further cost or revenue transactions to the project, you must also change the status of the project to one that allows costs or revenues. See Apply a status to your projects, groups and items.
- The project is included in project enquiries and reports.
- If you are not using project statuses, further transactions can be entered for the project.
To resurrect an archived project
Open: Project Accounting > Utilities > Archive > Resurrect Projects.
- Select the archived projects to display.
- Select the General tab to filter your projects by Project, Project Status or Customer.
- Select the Additional Information tab to filter your projects using the Additional Information drop-down lists.
- Click Display. A list of archived projects is displayed. These are projects that meet the specified criteria, and have been archived.
- Select the projects to resurrect.

Note: To see the details of a project, click View Selected.
- To resurrect the selected projects, click Save.
