Work area
The Work Area is the main area in the centre of the desktop, and will display the selected list, process map, summary page, or workspace.
Tip: You can select anything displayed in the work area to be your Home page. To do this, right-click on and select Make this my Home Page.
-
Desktop Lists.
These are a simple way of displaying the information stored for each module. Use lists to find and analyse information, open related windows, perform actions on the module items, and run reports.
-
Process Maps.
Process maps show the workflow associated with a particular module and give you direct access to perform actions within a module.
-
Summaries.
Summaries provide you with overviews of areas of the business to help you assess your business performance quickly. You can select summaries from the Summaries option in the Navigation Area Menu view, or from within the Workspaces option.
-
Workspaces.
Workspaces provide an alternative way of viewing and analysing the information stored across the Sage 200 modules. You can select workspaces from Workspaces in the Navigation Area Menu view.
You can also modify or create your own workspaces using the Workspace Designer.
