Amending a full estimate

Open: Estimating > Records > Amend Estimate.

  1. Select the estimate you want to amend from the Estimate No. drop-down list.
  2. Amend the details on the relevant tab:
    • Main Details.
    • Additional Details.
    • Site Address.
    • Stages.
    • Totals.
    • Attached Files.
    • Invoice Description.
    • Analysis Codes.
    • Drawings.
    • Memo.
  3. To record details of changes, click Modification History.
    • Enter the change details.
    • Click OK.
  4. To save your changes, click Save.
