Remove feature group
You can remove a feature A feature is a name for an action that you can perform in Sage 200; e.g. Enter New Supplier Account, describes the action of adding a supplier account within Sage 200 Purchase Ledger. group.
Features can be arranged in a group hierarchy. You cannot remove a feature group which contains other groups. When you remove a feature group, you must remove the lowest level group first.

In the example, if you want to remove the first level BOM group you must remove the second level Basic group first.
Removing a feature group does not remove the features within the group. These are moved either to the feature group above within the hierarchy, or to the root feature group The main feature group folder, called Features., depending on your preference.
To remove feature groups
Open: System Administration > Features

Right-click the feature group and choose Remove Group.
Note: You cannot remove a group which contains other groups. You must remove the lowest level group first.
- If the group contains features, you must specify where the features are moved to.
- If it is a first level group (directly beneath the Features group), its features are automatically moved to the root level group (Features).
- If it is a lower level (e.g. second level), you must specify where to move the features.

Move features to the parent features group.
This moves the features into the group one level above.

Move features to root.
This moves the features into the root level Features group.
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
