Enable and disable user accounts
There may be occasions when you want to make sure a user account cannot access Sage 200.
You cannot disable user accounts which are currently logged on to Sage 200 or to System Administration.
You cannot enable user accounts which have been deleted in Windows.
If the user is set as a web user, then you should first disable them as a web user before you disable their user account. Otherwise, they will still be counted towards your number of web user licences, even when their account is disabled.

Double-click the user's System name name, or right-click the user and choose Properties.

Disable Is Web User.
To disable and enable user accounts
Open: System Administration > Users.

To disable a user, select the System Name in the Users list, right-click and choose Disable User.

To enable a user, select the System Name, right-click and choose Enable User.
