Assign features for specific tasks
You can use features to assign tasks to members of specified roles. You can also use features to control who can access information, reports and print spooling in Sage 200.
This done by authorising features for a specified role.
Note: By default, the System Administration Services feature is selected for all roles. This is required for accessing Sage 200.
Examples of assigning features
- Purchase order authorisation.
- Controlling access to workspaces.
- Amending active BOMs within Bill of Materials.
- Enable features in Web Timesheets and Expenses.
- Control access to reports.
- Controlling access to print spooling.
