Printing from Report Designer
Correct alignment using printer offsets
Adjust your Printer offsets in Report Designer if your layout is not aligned correctly by the same amount and in the same direction. For example, if you're printing a report or cheque, and it's being printed too high by an inch.
In Report Designer, you can enter a printer offset specific to your selected printer. Using this option you can adjust the output to ensure that your document prints correctly on a particular printer.
