Desktop toolbar
The desktop toolbar at the top of the screen contains the following options:

Home
: Takes you to the home page. -
Sage 200 logo
: Select to Reset my Home Page or Show Application Home Page.This is only visible if the Navigation Area has been Maximised.

Unpin from Desktop
: Unpins the navigation area and minimises it.This is only visible if the Navigation Area is Maximised and Pinned.

Pin to Desktop
: Pins the navigation area to the desktop so that it remains visible as you work.This is only visible if the Navigation Area is Maximised and Unpinned.

Spooler
: Opens the print spooler window. You can view, print, email or delete reports from the spooler An area in Sage 200 where you can save all your reports in a list, rather than sending them directly to the printer. The reports stay in the Spool list, until you choose to delete them. You can print them as often as you require.. See Spooler.Tip: Choose whether reports are sent to the spooler by using
Tools > Output Mode. -
Tools
: Opens the tools menu.-
Change company: Select another company. See Using multiple companies.

User Login Status: View who is currently logged onto Sage 200 and which users have been disconnected part-way through a session. See User Login Status.

Preferences: Select your desktop theme, change line spacing in desktop lists, or reset your desktop settings. See Desktop preferences.

Choose Output Mode: Choose how Sage 200 reports and documents are printed by default. You can send them to the printer, preview on-screen, or save them to the spooler to print later. See Choose how to print reports.

Choose Layouts: Choose the layout that you want to use with Sage 200 documents and letters, such as invoices and purchase orders. See Using document layouts.

Run Sage Report Designer: Launch Report Designer. See Designing your own reports and documents.

Run Workspace Designer: Launch the Workspace Designer. See Customising workspaces using the Workspace Designer.

Installers: Install Nominal Link Components and e-Banking Components. See Nominal Link with Sage Payroll.

Show Workspaces in Browser: Launch the Self Service web app in a browser. See How to use the Self Service web app.
Note: To access the Self Service web app, you will need to be set up as a web user in System Administration.
