Selecting multiple BOMs

1. Select the items to display in the list:
• Select All to display all BOMs.
• Select Filter by Bill of Materials to filter the list by BOM.
• Enter a wildcard search in the Reference box. For example, ?OU*.
How to use wildcards

Wildcards are special characters you can substitute for other characters. Using wildcards allows you to search for items that contain a particular set of characters.

• The * (asterisk) and % (percent) characters can be used to substitute for zero or more characters.
• The _ (underscore) and ? (question mark) characters can be used to substitute for a single character.

You can use different combinations of wildcards to search, e.g. ?OU* will search for values with three or more characters which have OU as the second and third characters.

• Enter a wildcard search in the Description box, if required.
Note:

If you enter a value in both boxes, both must be found for the BOM record to be displayed in the list.

For example, if you enter ?OU* in the Reference box and *Pack* in the Description box, BOM records are only displayed where the Reference has OU as the second and third characters of the code and the word Pack is used in the Description.

• Select Filter by Product Group to filter the list by product group.
• Select the Product Group to show only BOM records in the group.
2. Click Display to display the selected items in the list.
3. Select the BOMs in the list.
4. Click OK.
