Ledger Summaries

The Ledger Summaries routine provides you with the overall status of the system in terms of number of accounts per ledger, ledger balance and the period you are currently working in. The window is designed for viewing purposes only, therefore you cannot make any changes to the ledger using this routine.

  • Ensure there are no other users operating Sage 200.

To display ledger summaries

Open: Accounting System Manager > System Utilities > Ledger Summaries.

  • Select a ledger to display its details.
