Company access for a user

You can choose which companies an individual user can access from the user properties Company Access tab.

You must assign at least one company to a user before they can log on and use Sage 200cloud.

This allows users to access company data from the Sage 200cloud desktop app, via the web client if they are a Web user, from third party apps that use the Sage 200 API.

Note: If you want to choose which users can access an individual company, see User access for a company.
