How to

View stock monthly trading figures

Use this to check what you've bought and sold for a particular stock item.

Open: Stock Control > Enquiries > Stock Monthly Trading Figures.

  1. Select the stock item Code.

  2. Select either the Sales Analysis tab or Purchase Analysis tab to view the figures you are interested in.

  3. To filter the trading figures, select Refine Analysis.

    • You can filter the figures by Warehouse, and by Customer (for sales) or Supplier (for purchases).

Note: The terms Warehouse and Bin can be customised, so they might have different names in your Sage 200 company. You can customise these by setting Configurable names in Stock Control Settings (in the Sage 200 desktop).

    • Trading figures are displayed for 12 months by default, but you can change this by setting the Months to display.

  4. To view the stock item transactions for a particular month, select the figure in the Quantity sold column to move to the Stock Item History page.

Move figures from this period to last period

The sales and purchase values for the stock item are totalled and displayed as the values for this period.

You can choose to reset the figures for this period manually, by using Reset Trading Values in the Sage 200 desktop. If you reset the trading values, the value bought and sold this period is added to the last period figures, and the this period figures are reset to 0.
