Help always displays a redirect message

Problem

The following message is always displayed when you open this Sage 200 product help.

Please wait a moment while we redirect you to the help.

Why does this happen?

This message should normally just appear very briefly before redirecting to the help.

We have noticed problems if you use tools that automatically clean your browser cache, as they can corrupt files which prevent the browser's localstorage from working.

How do I fix this?

  • Clear your browser's cache using the appropriate option in your browser.

    Make sure you clear cookies and other website data, as this will refresh the browser's localstorage.

    After you clear cookies and website data, the redirect message should no longer appear when you view the Sage 200 help.

  • Don't use tools that automatically clean your browser's cache, if they cause this problem to occur again.
