Adding and assigning users (video)

This video shows you how to:

  • Sign in to Sage Provisioning Portal.
  • Add a user.
  • Activate your Sage account.
  • Assign a user.
Note:

  • The Sage Provisioning Portal was formerly called Sage BMS Online Services (SBOS) and Sage ERP Online Services (SEOS).

  • Sage ID is the old name for the Sage account that you use to log in to applications and services.

  • Role names in the Sage Provisioning Portal may be referred to using different terms, such as Customer Administrator or Administrator, Customer Operations Agent or Operator, and Customer User or User.
