Your network connection has been lost. This may be temporary.
If you were saving a transaction, please check this has been saved before continuing.
Re-saving a transaction may result in a duplicate being created.
Why does this happen?
You'll see the above message if you've lost your connection to the internet whilst transactions were being posted.
This is usually temporary and your PC will often automatically reconnect to the internet straight away.
What do I do next?

Don't try to re-save the transaction. It may have already been saved and you'll end up creating a duplicate.

Close Sage 200 and log in again.

Check the see if the transaction being saved has posted.
Check the relevant desktop list or enquiry screen.

Clear any disconnected logins.
This occurs when Sage 200 has closed unexpectedly and you haven't logged out. You may find you can't access some screens because Sage 200 still thinks you have them open.
To do thisOpen:
Tools > User login Status | Disconnected logins.

Select the required users. Hold the Ctrl key to select multiple users at the same time.

Click Log Off.
