Delete quotations

Any quotation can be deleted. This includes quotations that have been converted to sales orders. You can delete a single quotation or several quotations at the same time. The quotations are removed and no history is stored.

You can delete any quotation, even ones that have been converted to pro formas or sales orders.

To delete quotations

Open: Sales Order Processing > Quotations > Delete Quotation.

1. Click Show All Quotations to display all quotations, or choose the quotations to display by using the Selection criteria area.

   If you are using the Project Accounting module, you can also search for orders using a Project Code.

2. Select the quotation(s) to delete.
3. Click Delete Quotation.
4. Confirm that you want to delete the quotation.
