Active users

The Active Users shows who is logged on to Sage 200.

To view active users

Open: System Administration > Active Users

Information is displayed for each user session, so if you are logged on more than once, your details will appear in the list more than once.

  • System Name: The user's System Name. This is the user name entered in Windows for Sage 200 on-premise, or the user name entered in Sage Provisioning Portal for Sage 200 deployed via the SPP.

  • Logged On To: The Company Name of the company database The company database (SQL) contains all of the Sage 200 data for a company. that the user is logged on to.

  • User Name: The user's Name; entered in the User Details tab of the user Properties.

  • User Email: The user's Email address; entered in the User Details tab of the user Properties.

  • Host Name: The host name that identifies the user's computer on the network.

  • Using Licence: This indicates if the user is using a licence that counts towards your maximum number of users.

    • Users that are logged on from the Sage 200 client are counted as using a desktop licence.

    • Users that are logged on from Self Service web app and have Is Web User selected on the User Properties are counted as using a web user licence, and not a desktop licence.
