Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > New Customer

Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Customer

  • Use the Company tab to enter the customer's company address and contact details.

Address and contact details

  • Enter the customer's address details.

    When you amend an account, you can select the Show on map link to check the address in Google Maps.

    Note: Addresses always include the City, County and Country fields in the Web Portal, even if Use segmented addresses is not enabled in the Sage 200 desktop.

  • Enter the company contact details, such as telephone and website.

    To add contact details for people at the company, use the Contacts tab.
