How to
Show custom colours for each module
You can display a custom colour at the top of each screen for each module, to make it easier to see which module you are working with in Sage 200. For example, this is useful if you're printing invoices, but aren't sure if you're using Invoicing or Sales Orders.
Open: Settings > Organisational and Financial > Maintain Module Colours
-
Select the modules you want to display colours for.
-
Customers.
-
Suppliers.
-

-

-

-

-

-

-

-
-
Select Set Colour to choose a colour for a module.
When are module colours displayed?
-
Module colours are only applied to the current company, and are visible by all users.
-
Module colours are displayed for screens, but not displayed for desktop lists, workspaces, or reports.
-
Not all screens in Sage 200 are included in the available module options, for example Organisational and Financial settings screens.
-
Screens that appear in multiple menu locations will show the colour of their main module. For example, the Nominal Vatable Receipt screen will show the colour of the Nominal module, even though it also appears in the Cash Book menu.
Useful info
Show a custom colour for the company
To make it easier to see which company you are working with in Sage 200, you can display a colour for your company and display the company name in the banner. This is useful if you use multiple companies, as it can be easy to forget which company you're signed in to.
Open: Settings > Organisational and Financial > Company Management
-
Select Company Settings.
-
To display a coloured bar at the top of all screens, enable Show Coloured Bar and then select Set colour to choose the colour.
-
To display the company name at the top of all screens, enable Show Company Name.
Note: You will only see the changes the next time you log in.
