Estimate security

Use the Security window to set a password for estimate security. Changes can be made to estimates in production by means of entering the password set here.

By default, the password is blank.

To set a password for estimate security

  1. Enter the Old Password.
  2. Enter the New Password.
  3. Enter the New Password again in the Confirm New Password box.
  4. Click OK.

Converting an estimate into a works order

The Sage 200 Manufacturing module is now retired, from the Sage 200 Professional 2025 R2 release. We've retained the product help here for customers still using Manufacturing with older versions of Sage 200.
