Set up the Price Book
Once you have set up stock items and customer accounts, you'll need to decide on the price you want to charge for each item. In Sage 200 you do this by settings up Price bands. Each price band is essentially a price list. You can set up as many price bands as you need, you just need to decide which customers receive which prices.
Once you have entered your selling prices, you'll need to decide the discounts (if any) you offer your customers.
You set up your price bands and discounts in the Price Book module. When a stock item is added to sales order or invoice, the price of the item is calculated from the selling price, any discounts the customer received on the stock item, and any additional line or order discounts set on the customer's account.
You can enter your prices directly into Sage 200 or can import them.
