Log in to Sage 200 desktop

When you open Sage 200, sign in with your Sage account user name and password that you provided in the sign up process.

If you need to be added to the user list, or change your name, contact your administrator.

Change users

If different users need to access Sage 200 from the same PC:

  1. The current logged in user must close Sage 200.
  2. The new user can then open Sage 200 and log in.

Log out of Sage 200 desktop

To log out of Sage 200, just close the application window.

Disconnected user logins

If a user disconnects from Sage 200 in an uncontrolled way during a session, they can appear to be still logged in to Sage 200. For example, you may see a message that you can't access a feature because another user is already using Sage 200, even though they are not using the system.

You can check for and clear any disconnected logins by using User Login Status.

Tools > User login Status | Disconnected logins.

Use multi-factor authentication

You can use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to increase the security of your account. When you log in to Sage 200 or the Sage Provisioning Portal, you will have to enter a passcode that is sent to your phone.
